Oil ratio which is better, 25:1 or 50:1 ratio of oil and gas? Owner manual says anywhere in between these two ratios.

I use one of those small 2.6 oz oil containers in a gallon (128 oz) to give a 50:1 mix. If you want more oil in your mix add another container - but it will be more expensive and waste oil.

What is the oil to gas ratio for homelite model 360?

I cannot find the full details for the model 360 chain saw but a typical Homelite chain saw uses the 50/1 gas/oil ratio.
1 gallon (US) 2,6 oz
1 litre 20 cc (20 ml)

How much oil do I use per 1gallon of gas for a Husqvarna 223L weed eater?

for a 40/1 mixture use 3 ounces of oil ( 2 stroke) to a gallon of gas for a 50/1 ( which is what I recommend ) its 2.5 ounces to each gallon of gas, if you find that the machine is smoking a little too much,, back up on the oil just a hair,, but I don't think you'll need to

Regular gas 40:1 ratio which is 3.2 oz of 2 cycle oil to a gallon of gas
This oil can be purchased Haome Depot or Lowes or Sears

Your owner manual states 25:1 but 50:1 in California. 25:1 would be 5.12 ounces of oil/gallon or 2.56 ounces in a half-gallon.
