Hola, prueba hacer la actualizaci?n del Firmware, buscas en Internet, en la pagina de Westinghouse, colocas el modelo y buscas actualizaci?n de Firmware y copias en una memoria USB vac?a, sin ning?n tipo de contenido
En la mayor?a de los casos, este es procedimiento a seguir, luego de descargar, con el televisor apagado o desconectado, lo colocas en el puerto USB del televisor, lo prendes y esperas que termine el ciclo
Confirma en la pagina de Westinghouse, que este sea el procedimiento correcto
