It's possible that one of the carbon brushes have worn down to the bottom and it is sparking on the motor causing it to trip the fuse. It's just one possibility. Have you checked the carbon brushes are connected properly and that they have not 1) worn down and 2) that the wires are connected to them correctly.

Machine keeps tripping the fuse at the fuse box - WD61 Aquarius Hotpoint

I believe the problem is in the fus(breaker). I would say that it is the thermal fuse in the machine but it usually goes out before the breaker does. The breaker has gotten weak over the years. You have a hi limit on the machine as well but I doubt this is it. Let me know how you do.

Aquarius 1200 WM64 - machine does not start

If you already replaced the fuse, next part to inspect is the control board behind the timer.

If that is ok, check the wiring harness, the socket and the power cord.

Hotpoint WM64 doesnt seem to be taking in enough water

Close your faucet valve & unscrew your hoses to check screens on hoses & machine. Clean out well. Refit, check for leaks. Water shd be in good pressure. If this is not the problem change your inlet valve, it is easily done. Suggestion: use powders for front loaders.

Stuck in wash cycle

check if heating by putting on as hot wash and feeling the door. if no heat, check continuity thro the heater - modern heaters have a non-resettable cut-out in them which can cause problems. no heat then no program advance

Keeps fusing

It seems like something is prevent tub's free movment. Try to spin the clothes tub by hand and look for a free movment. In case it doesn't move smoothly, maybe that a sock or other piece of clothing get between the clothes tub and the outer tub and prevent its clear spin. In this case it may then get into the drain hose that's attached to the pump.Remove the hoses from the pump and pull the item out. In case it clean there, check the outer tub port- open the washer's main access panel and remove the large-diameter rubber hose that connects the pump to the bottom of the outer tub. Then, try to remove the clothing through the port. Be aware you should disconnected the power cable before starting your tests !! Good luck !!!
