PTID-8920B Screen no longer opens after settings change
I (mistakenly) altered the tilt setting of the PTID-8920B screen, so it opens but not fully, not enough for the touch screen to come on, so I can't reset the tilt adjustment. So it just comes on tries to open fully, fails and just closes again. How do I reset the tilt setting if I can't get to the "settings" screen because it doesn't open all the way anymore.
It sounds like your laser or or other part in your CD/DVD has issues. There isnt much you can do to self repair it. Hopefully its still under warranty.

If you wish to play video on any usb-supported devices using usb stick or flash drive, kindly check compatible format for the devices. Try searching it around using google. Some devices only supports .avi or just .mkv but there are also devices that can support various formats. The video format can be changed using FormatFactory. This software can convert pictures, videos, songs to different format according to your preferences.
Hi, I don't fully understand why your BIOS splash screen hangs for 30 secs, but its most likely due to a change in your BIOS settings. You will find a setting in your BIOS to disable the splash screen or to alter other settings to shorten the time that your splash screen is displayed. Feel free to message me for any further info regarding this. Best wishes, Graemevm
