- Turn the tablet off
- While holding Volume Down, press and hold the Power button
- Use the Volume Up and Down keys to highlight Factory Reset
- Press the Power button to select to reset
You can use your google account to recover your login and to replace your password. It should say "Forgot password" somewhere on the lock screen. Press it and follow the instructions.
