It a common HP error. It is a non spesific error. Usuly the printer having problems with a specific job you trying to print . The firmware needs updating, delete that job and turn off and on the printer, make sure IP address ,subnet mask and gateway are correct. Also win servers and DNS settings are all correct.update printer driver. Try printing via host name not IP.

7,010.43: The printhead is stuck in the tilted position, or is not able to tilt forward tothe print position, due to problems.
1.Reboot the printer.2.Clean the print-head area (You should be able to manually push the print-head right to left.)

There is a problem with the power up of the printer. For 37,00x.xx error codes you can try power off the printer, wait 30 seconds and power it back on. According to the Xerox website for 37,008:44 error code you should Verify the Printer's Power Source and Isolate the Printer.

change your caetridge

there is a stainless steel print head block on the lower back portion of the frame that gets contaminated with spill over ink from the catch tray. That causes the print head not to move properly.
The wiper blade may also be tacked to the print head.
That code means the print head is not moving into the print position properly.
That stainless steel block is about 1 inch square.

This error is a printhead calibration fault. The solutions are reset NVRAM, replace NVRAM, then replace the PRINTHEAD.
I would recommend calling a certified service technichian.

Thanks for your assistance, but I found out the machine is still under warrenty and is scheduled to be fixed.

That really sounds like you need to replace the maintenance kit.
The white roller most likely is black and has depleted itself of lubricant a bit prematurely.
