How to get to screws to tighen them

The loose black plastic part is that part number 3 in the diagram that you are trying to describe part 3 would go into the door itself although in order to turn the screw to go into part 3 and the door at the same time you may have to call maytag there is a special tool they use to attach the handle. Thanks to Dana; it was a 5-star screwdriver, which I was fortunate to find one in my collection of tools and solve the problem. 30 minutes to figure out it was a 5-star screwdriver and find the tool; 3 minutes to fix the handle!
