Machine wont turn on, just displays error message, Shutdown refer to manual.
If I remove power and plug back in, when i turn it back on it sometimes starts for a few seconds and then stops with error message again.

Sounds like you need to send your blender in to be serviced. It most likely is burned out-- hopefully your blender is less than 7 years old!

I had he same problem. In some cases the magnetic brushes on the blender wear down. You can replace these burshes for as little as $15. I found the parts supplier in Northern California but fogot their name.
