I just plugged my 1350 in (had exact same problem) into computer and deleted the GPX (trip log) and it finally started back up. Deleted all of the favorites and such but it working again.

The reset button on your nuvi 2xx, 3xx or 6xx will not restore your
device to factory settings or delete any map updates. The reset button will

with the garmin off, hold down the right bottom of the screen and turn the garmin on, it will then ask you if you want to perform a hard reset. Choose yes and that should fix your problem.
