Will not print get error ( load mp feeder with letter )
The reason that your printer is asking you to load paper into the MPF is that it doesn't think it has that size paper in tray 1 or 2. Make sure that the green paper guide in the paper tray that you want to print from is latched in the correct position. This guide tells the printer what size paper is in the tray. If you have it even slightly out of position you'll get this message.
Alaksa42 is right. I've seen the tray guide slip out of position ever so slightly and give this error. The correct slot for the size is usually a little larger than the rest of teeth on the tray slide. It has to be in that larger slot. If your printing letter size paper theres a quick way to check if this is the problem. Turn the tray on its edge..left side up. You'll see a couple of plastic fingers protruding out. If the bottom two are out and the others are flush the tray is set correctly. If however the bottom two or more are protuding..its set incorrectly for letter size paper. Adust the tray until only those two are out for letter size

Same problem
There is a small metal or plastic strip (sensor) that sense the presence of paper in the paper feed. There may be even two. When paper jams, if you pull out the paper, the sensor(s) might get damaged.
Check for sensor damages first.
