Install PC suite in your PC, connect your phone with pc through data cable
open PC suite, you fill see nokia software updater icon in it.
it will download nokia software updater to your pc,
after the installation you can update your software with Nokia Software Updater

Note: Before the updating process, recharge your battery, also network disconnection may cause harm to your cellphone during the process!

you can upgrade your phone's software with nokia software upgrader on nokia's official site or you can just walk into nearest nokia service center and ask them to upgrade your phones software.on service center they may charge you but online it is free but you have to take your own risk.
