I'm looking for a Manual for a DAK Turbo Baker II, FAB-2000 Bread Machine. I can't use it..I don't know how to use the ''Turbo''..thanks!

    My mother gave me her DAK Turbo Baker II. I can't begin to use it because I don't have the manual.

    I have a Turbo Baker II also which I used many times and enjoyed the results - it;s still in almost new condition but I no longer have the directions to make the great bread I used to - how can I get the directions for use and recipes - thanks

Mom's Basic White Bread for DAK Turbo II
1 package yeast
3 cups flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 T nonfat dry milk powder
1 T butter (room temperature)
1 1/4 cups warm water (Not straight hot. It'll kill the yeast.)

Pour the yeast to one side of the inner pan. Add the rest of the ingredients in the order above. Select white bread and push "Start."

Looking for a manual for the Dak Fab 2000 Turbo Baker IV
After doing quite a bit of searching, I found a site called Bread Machine Digest that has a FREE archive of many, many brands of bread machines.

Most bread machine manuals are available here as a pdf file you can download in a jiff. You don't have to sign into anything or download a toolbar or join a subscription site first or any of the other hoops I found elsewhere:
