not heat but warm battery during charging is normal...but if discharges rapidly your battery may have reached the end of life..before buying a new battery pls make sure that your charger is ok...you can test it with another nokia with same charging plug..all the same on Nokia..

Basic steps to check before doing hardware modification.

* check the charger if it's OK
* Check the charging pin. usually, + pins (center) are broken
* clean the charging interface in the mainboard PBC
* battery might one of the reason why charging is not possible,so better test another one.

nothing has moved in the phone but the charging pin inside the charging point has got pushed inside the phone

nokia 6300 is BB5. needs to be open with bb5 gadgt. tornado doest work with 6300..thank you..

Your display circuit is broken, even if the LCD-panel,
seems to be ok the display is damaged.
This is a very common problem in Nokia phones.
The only way to fix this is to change the display.
You need a T-6 Torx Skrewdriver to do the job.

No Brother it is paid service and many providers give it. U may search them here at fixya or other mobile support forum like GSMHOSTING, GSMHELP etc. No one can give u such code because it is part of Nokia security. The code is as per cell's unique IMEI and only can be obtained by professional software tools like BB5 box and other compitable tools. It is advisable to visit nearby mobile technician who have such box. He will charge u for that. If it sounds informative do not forget to vote.
