Not sure what you are looking for here... the pot cannot be repaired...

It looks as though the crocks breaking is a very common problem...

This might be very interesting to you....from what I can see you can get a replacement crock but they break easily also ans it will cost you about 1/2 the price of a new cooker..

Believe or not, go to your local Goodwill Store! They have tons of crocks and the lids and the cookers separate frm each other that have been donated becase one of the pieces was broken and they donated the rest of the pieces. Lids and crocks typically range from $1.99 to $5.99 and you benefit your community at the same time.

There is no inherent problem with the Kitchenaid ceramic inserts. As far as a replacement ceramic insert, I would suggest calling Kitchenaid Customer Service. They may be able to provide a new insert at no cost if the unit is still within the 1 Year warranty.
