    i already formated my v3 but still when i create a new msg, it still hangs up. what else can i do?

    my keypad does nt work.

    calls come,it rings but i cant receive them,scince keypad does not work.

    only the on/off button that is red button works.

    and warening is displayed voice dial memory full.

Plug it into your computer and go on the motorola site and type in format v3 and voila its easy from there on By the way why the hell would you want to format the phone cos if you do you cant get it back Risky!!
