The contacts on the microswitch have probably eroded a bit with age. The simple fix is to remove the red cover and adjust the setscrew that hits the microswitch plunger. Loosen the locknut and use an allen wrench to adjust the set screw. If you aren't sure which to adjust, power up the washer and pull the trigger while watching the motor assy. You'll see an arm moving outward when the trigger is released and in when you pull it. Follow this arm to the adjusting screw. Had the same problem with mine and had to move the screw OUT a half turn.
Hope this helps.

How to set a high pressure unloader valve on a FAIP 1500 H120 washer

Are you talking about the electric switch that shuts off the motor when the trigger is released?
If so, there is an arm that comes out of the high pressure side of the manifold and is connected to a spring loaded piston. The piston extends under high pressure (spray trigger released) and retracts when spraying. At the opposite end of the arm is an allen screw and locknut. The allen screw bears on the microswitch arm to control the electric motor. When properly adjusted, the motor should turn off when the trigger is released. If it doesn't, loosen the locknut and adjust the allen screw slightly outwards toward the switch. Pull the trigger a few times and verify the motor starts up and shuts down when you release it. Tighten locknut.
Hope that helps.

Bake does not work

most likely you have a bad ignitor, this is the first thing that goes,if it glows and doesn't ignite the flame within 40 seconds after it starts to glow the ignitor is still bad even though it glows orange.if it's a flat ignitor it takes 3.2 amps for the ignitor to open the gas valve and ignite the flame,if it's a round ignitor it takes 2.5 amps to fire it up.you don't have to shut the gas down,if it's a fairly new machine no electricity will go to the ignitor either if it's shut off but you can shut the breaker down if you want.the machines are not like the older machines where you lite it with a match, they are electronic ignition so check the ignitor first,if it doesn't glow at all you can check the ignitor for continuity with a meter.if you need any more help send the full model number off of the machine, open the bottom draw under the oven door, look on the frame, left or right side and you'll see a tag with the model number on it.good luck and happy new year.

What type of oil is used to fill the a FAIP PV93501 pump and what quanity.

I don't know about that brand of power washer.
We used several types of power washers over the years, and they each called for 20 or 30 weight non-detergent oil in the pump. SAE 20 or SAE 30

The pump oil comes about half way up inside the pump.

The engine oil is 10W30

Do not turn a power washer on its side or upside down or oil will run into carburetor.
