I have a 20 year old Tiller with a Tecumseh 35 Vantage engine. On replacing the carburettor I tried to adjust the governor but stripped the thread on the clamping screw. what can I do now?

I need a picture of that clamping screw to help more

can you use a longer threaded bolt and nylox nut in its place

What fuel do I put into a Vantage 3.5 Tecumseh lawn mower?

If it has a place to add oil to the crank case, either a dip stick, or a filler opening at the bottom of the engine, then you just use regular gas. Be sure to verify that there is oil in the crank case before running it this way.

My Tecumseh vantage 35 cut out this afternoon, after that the engine got quite tight to start as if it was starting to seize, now it will start, but not for long and it seems like there's something loose...

Make sure the spring to carb is clear ..check air filter

How do I take the pull cord wheel and spring off my Tecumseh Vantage 35 to replace it

There are little metal tabs that hold the wheel in place, bend these out then the whole assembly will come out. When replacing use the other tabs and wind the spring in, line up the cord hole then insert the cord, tie knot then release.
