The motherboard doesn't have a driver. It processes the functions of the drivers.

Try visiting manufecturers websit and you can download the drivers from support or download section. You can also find drivers at http://www.opendrivers.com . They have a larg drivers databse. ([email protected])

The only way to to fix this if your headers on your wires aren't labeled is to trace them back from the switch it self. Usually they are white and red. The orientation on the motherboard pins doesn't matter since it's only a switch. Make sure you are putting the plug onto the power switch jumpers, and not the power led, reset, etc..
