Programming a Name in Toshiba DKT3020-SD

To edit display name on LCD DKT3020-SD.

Follow this sequence:

Mode
Scroll
Enter passwork - 0000 is default
Hold
Hold (again)
DN ID (This is your phone extension #)

Old name should now be displayed. Hit page button to delete letters, scroll button for space.

Use characters for the the associated number key to enter desired name. For example if you want an "F" you would hit the 3 button 3 times. After your name is entered, press hold. Pick up and put down receiver.

To edit the name displayed on the LCD by your extension begin by entering edit mode
DN + #621

The following key sequences perform the associated commands
* = move cursor Left
# + 1 = delete
# + 2-9 (+0) = characters

For characters the associated number will display the first letter and move the cursor one position to the right. For subsequent letters press 0. Say you want the letter L. Press # + 5 to display J. Press 0 to display K. Press 0 again to display L.

For chartacters Q and Z ????

Example: To change my displayed name to TODD

* to left most position (beginning)
# + 8
6 + 0 + 0
3

I tried to do DN *621, but it only says DATA PROGRAMMED. Will anything else work?

WHAT IS DN? I THINK I READ ITS MY EXT # BUT IF I ENTER MY EXT # AND TRY TO ENTER #621 IT SAYS EXTENSION NUMBER BUSY

No solution but same thing happens with my DKT3210C-SD

Press Intercom and then #621
