Problem with outgoing calls--receive can't hear anything

as you say there is some problem during answering a call... i think there is problem in the mobile software (firmware) version... update your phone software from motorola store...

the ringer needs to be replaced.

the ringer on the phone has to be replaced so take it to a repair mobile shop to have that done.

I've got the same problem!
Cracked my screen and when I tried to replace it with one I bought off eBay I got nothing but a white screen when I turned it on! Returned that screen and got another one from a different seller and still get the white screen. So I'm thinking its not the LCD screen, unless I just have bad luck. The keypad is also new, but now I'm gonna try to replace the ear piece flex cable set, because I can't figure out what else could be wrong with it. The phone powers on and operates as normal calls (incoming/outgoing with texts); I can even hear out of the ear piece.

So... Anybody have any ideas? anybody? breaker breaker...haha

you should contact your mobile service provider and have them setup your internet on your phone.
