It claims it can't connect to the network which is stupid cause my old phone had no problem connecting so i can't get online at all
Hi, if you are using sim card to go online change the sim card and get the saving setting for your smart phone from your sim card company,if you have connecting problem with your wireless make sure that you can connect to any wireless network if you can so your wireless modul is working fine if not you have hardware issues,if you can access the network but not go to the internet from any wireless access point so you may have problem with access point preshared key or DHCP not enabled in you access point or you have restricted because mac address or ip address or network infrastructure has problem with your cellphone so contact your network administrator or network experts,
if you cant connect to any access point so you have hardware problem go to a certified repair shop to fix it(may be your antenna is not attached to your wireless IC correctly or have some harder issues)

I think this is a network operator signal strength, try with other service provider network.mean try to change simcard of other company.
