Need to reset the time and day

Reset phone to factory settings.

Hi,

do not really know the kind of phone you are talking about, sometimes if you but a different theme i might change the time, so you will need to reset the time again to the correct time.

You can go to the setting of the phone and reset the time and date again.

But note this, if the time is on auto-update, you will need to remove from auto-update so that you can set the time manual yourself.

1. Programming the time and date for a Comdial Impact digital phone system must be done from the attendant's station, usually the phone located closest to the Comdial controller. Go to this station before attempting to change the time.
   
2. Step 2 Now the phone system's clock is ready to be reset. Without picking up the handset, press the "Intercom" button on the phone. Dial * # 0 1. The digital display should read "Set Clock"
   
3. Step 3 Set the year by dialing two digits (00-99)
   
4. Step 4 Set the month by dialing two digits (01-12)
   
5. Step 5 Set the day by dialing two digits (01-31)
   
6. Step 6 Set the hour by dialing two digits (01-23)
   
7. Step 7 Set the minutes by dialing two digits (00-59)
   
8. Step 8 Comdial Impact phone with updated day and time. Pick up the handset and set it back down to set the programming changes. The new date and time should display immediately on all phones connected to the Comdial system

if system DK series must set at port "00"
#402 to check the port number with displayed phone
#651 DDMMYY - for date
#652 HHMMSS - for time
#653 to change the day

On the adminstrator's phone (usually ext 100, 101, 110 or 10)

Do not lift handset
Press the FEATURE button
Dial 9#
Enter the hour & minutes (ex:01:25) using the dialpad
Press RECALL button to change AM/PM setting
Press HOLD to change the calendar setting
Press FEATURE button again to save & exit

Feature **23646 password 23646 (if you phone admin hasn't changed this) and then select set day& time then change there

yeah tht is a bit of a prob. one way to eliminate tht is by using the 24hr clock. having set it to 24hr mode i found eliminated the prob.

but again the phone does have a bug with the date changing back and lg needs to address it.
