Replace the black image unit or take unit out and shake the the unit to spead the developer along the entire length of the image unit. also ensure properly seated.
Open close front door. to reset. Ensure belt was install properly the code is for that device also check the transfer roller sponge one. ensure shipping parts remove before installation.
While holding down the utility/counter button and turning on the machine go to screen that say trouble reset press it says OK that power off and turn on again if comes back need a fusing unit.
this is an easy fix, have you had your fuser replaced recently?? if so then it needs reseated or just do a trouble reset. ask me if you need help with that
