The evaporator fan does not come because its connected to a defrost termination switch that's on the evaporator so first condenser fan and compressor turns on. evaporator fan will come on until defrost switch is satisfied, which is at about 40 deg.

True freezer model t -23f need wiring diagram

There is a safety cutout on the evaporator that sometimes goes open circuit, stopping the heater coming on in defrost. If the compressor will not turn off, check the condenser is clean.and the fan working. next check the thermostat hasn't broken. Lastly, check the defrost timer.

Regarding replacing the temperature control on the True t-23f freezer, I can't find it.

As soon as you open the freezer door the temp control is at the upper right of the freezer.

The fan on my true t 23f does not run. i check it is not getting power is there a fuzz or capacitor for this thanks

Are you talking about the fan inside the freezer? If yes, check the following items. The door has a switch that turns the lights off when the door closes, it also turns the fan off when you open the door. If it isn't working right the fan won't come on. There is also a round temperature senser on the coil inside the freezer called a "clickson" that keeps the fan from coming on until the coils are below 20 degrees, it may be bad. If you are low on freon, your coils may not be getting cold enough to trip the clickson. Feel of the small copper line going from the compressor to the coils on the outside of the freezer. It should be almost hot enough to burn your skin if you have enough freon. One other thing to check is the defrost timer. It is a box about 4 inches wide and 8 inches tall with a door on the front of it. Check the connections inside to be sure you are getting power through to the fan. Let me know how it turns out.

T-23f not freezing

Depends on how technical you want to get. Generally, measure the ambient temp of air entering the condenser coil. Add 30 degrees to that temp and convert to psi using a P/T chart. This will get you to a starting point.Remember, charging a "Hot" box takes time. Don't over charge.

True Freezer- The 5 amp circuit breaker trips when the light on

I believe that breaker is actually for door frame heaters. Most true freezers have a resettable breaker for the door perimeter heaters only.

Fan is not working

I would unplug your unit so that you can replace the fan. It sounds like the bearings have gone out on your fan. This is somthing that you can do yourself. If you do not feel comfortable, you can pay a technician about $200 to do this for you. If you decide to do it yourself, remove the fan and bring it to your local supplier. He can sell you a replacement.

check compressor is turned on. if compressor is going, you either have a system or compressor fault and this is not diy if compressor not going, possibly a thermostat fault. in this case put on fast freeze to confirm
