If there is one it'll be underneath the saw just behind the clutch cover/side plate. Though some of the smaller cc / hobby saws don't have an oil adjustment screw. happy hunting

If you can confirm that you have spark then you basically have a fuel delivery problem - carburetor.
If you installed a new carb you have to set it up , with the idle adjustment , and the low and high speed mixture screws. You just do not insert the carb and expect it to work.
Very unlikley to be an air lock, more likley to be a massive air leak, check the rubber induction tbe behind the carb mount it may have split, if not then a possible blown crank seal.
Are you getting a spark..? - NO? check wiring loom from ignition module, check timing gap between flywheel and ignition module, check on/off switch. Does it have compression.? - NO? then check piston/rings and cylinder Is fuel getting to the cylinder.? - NO? Carb problem of fuel line issue
this new gas is a carb killer you will need a new diaphragm for the carb and there is a little screan next to the needle and seat that can be cleaned. about a 5.00 repair if done right.. use marine gas
Start with "H" and "L" 1 turn CCW from lightly seated. Then tune for performance like this. Carburetor Adjustment by Madsens.com http://www.madsens1.com/saw%20carb%20tune.htm CW is leaner; to lean will destroy the saw. If over tightened closed (CW) the adjustment screw faces are easily marred; marred adjustments are difficult to impossible to set properly. Clean the air filter; adjusting with a dirty filter can cause a run lean condition once cleaned and the saw run. There are 2 wav (sound - idle & full – may not be highlighted) files that I find most helpful, I think you will too. HTH Lou
The unit is running like that because of a lean condition. Depending on the situation it can be solved by adjustment ( Im thinking your particular unit may not have any adjustment) , rebuilding the carb ( carb kits are $15-20 from your local Husqvarna dealer), and/or replacing the fuel lines.
