I can't hear the caller on my Blackberry Curve

it include two solutions first take a anothe network sim card then check still the same problem occur if now the caller id is visible ask your service provider that whether they acivate the caller id service for your mobile number then check in your mobile that you disable the id . This is on the option like show my caller id (see is this this enabled or disabled if you disable this enable it) i suggest you better you try the mobile restore option

hi jamie farrel you can go into the phone book. hit the blackberry it should come up with displays. You need to display all. if you still can figure it out. their is a blackberry answer key icon on your phone. hit that icon and you will be able to answer this and more questions.

The problem is that the mouth piece of your phone is bad that is why the cannot hear your voice.
I advice you get the mouth piece of your phone replace because it is bad and that is why your callers cannot hear you.

All you need to do is to change the mouth piece of your phone and you will see that your callers will hear after you have replace the mouth piece of your phone.

you ear piece may need to be replaced you should take the phone to a repair shop and have them replaced the ear piece or look at the old one for you.

My Curve has done this on occasion. To remedy mine, all I did was take out the battery to reset the phone.
