Well I hope I can be of Some help, If the batterys on a scooter are not charged daily after use they will deplete, in other words loss there power/ each time you miss a charge the batteries will start lossing there life expectancy.that is why it Is very important to not miss a charge. When your batteries dont take a charge, that's basically saying you need new batterie. One way to make sure Your batteries need change and not your charger .... First trickle charge the batteries Second install the batteries back on the scooter Third plug in your charger it should kick on Good luck

You can try to do this with the cover off, just in case it is not seated properly and holding the lever from fully engaging. The actual swithc is a small microswitch down at the brake, and it can get dirt in it and that will stop it from working, or it may even fail, and need to be replaced. So I would:
1) try it woth the shroud off the motor using.
2) look for dirt around the switch.
3) take a paperclip and jump the scooter side of the switch to bypass the microswitch on the scooter, be careful not to short the jumper to the scooter frame.

Let me know how you make out.

How do you takshroud off the motor of pride revo?

You are almost certainly going to have to lift the seat off its post as you do with other Pride scooters. This is not light and it can be sticky and need tobe wiggled off - get help.

The shroud is usually velcroed into place and can easily be detached. Lift it off and put safely to one side.

Green light flashing 9 times

sounds like you are sitting on some of the wiring or connectors, take it apart like you did to fit batteries and check there are no wires shorting out or connector is being squashed, check as you put it back together, you should sort it that way. the error code should be:

9 BARS: The parking brakes have a bad connection or have a failed solenoid, or any lever or switches that disconnect drive for pushing the chair manually may be pulled or switched.

so check these wires and connectors closely first.
but please note that with out the make and model the error code is the most lightly posability.

I need a replacement power cord for the 3 wheel Revo scooter. Where can I get one?

The AC power cord is a standard cord used on computers and a number of other electronic devices. They can be purchased at any Radio Shack for about $9. If you have the old cord, bring it with you to match up for the new one. If you don't have the old one, draw a picture of the cord receptacle and bring it to the store. I describe the wall side as a three prong grounded plug and the Revo side of the cord or charger side as a trapezoid shape receptacle. See the link to Radio Shack for the complete picture:
Hope this helps.

Will not go know & the status light is flashing 7 times

You can visit this website to find answers on what the flashing trouble indicator lights mean:
Locate the page that has the controller used on your power chair/scooter and count how many lights are flashing to diagnose the trouble. If your insurance purchased the power chair for you, they may also cover the repairs; contact them for information.
Good luck!
