JC Penny's women Armitron pro sport model 44/1001 instructions

hi Robert.
i can not find a manual for this watch,but if you go to this link it should show you step by step on how to set it up.
its not showing your model number so not sure how good it will be to you.
if another window opens on the page just close the popup window down.

How do you set an armitron pro sport watch? Press the "Mode" button repeatedly until the time display appears on the watch. Hold the "Mode" button until you see the alarm display appear, then release the button. Hold the "Mode" button a second time to enter the time-setting mode.

press the mode and set from 24 back to 12 save setting by pressing mode again
