For touch problems you can try to do touch panel calibration:

How do I get android 4.1 jellybean,I've already got Ice cream Sandwich4.1

Android Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) is version 4.0.
Versions 4.1 through 4.3 are known as Jelly Bean.

If your device says it has Android 4.1 then you already have Jelly Bean and you are all set! If it says 4.0 then you currently have ICS.
Without knowing which device you are using it's impossible to know whether or not your device supports Jelly Bean (assuming you currently have 4.0).

If an update is available most phones and tablets will eventually get the update automatically provided that they are activated on a network or by wifi. Not all manufacturers update all devices and some devices get "left behind" due to hardware limitations.

If you can provide the manufacturer (ie LG, Samsung, HTC) and the model name of the device with your question that will help to determine what version of Android it is capable of running.

Touch screen don't work

Sounds like you\'re another victim of the update from Android Jelly Bean to Kit Kat, the new OS is very buggy and can cause screen lock, battery drain and a host of other weird problems. Go to Settings, More, About Device, if Android Version says 4.3, Kit Kat is the problem. If you do NOT use ATT, you can try this link to downgrade back to Jelly Bean. If you\'re with ATT, you can either read the next paragraph, or wait for the eventual fix and just suck it up for now.

http://www.androidpit.com/how-to-downgrade-galaxy-s3

Another option if you\'re an ATT customer or are little more adventurous is to abandon Samsung\'s version of Android (Linux) and move to CyanogenMod11. I\'ve used each version of CM since 6 and been very happy. CyanogenMod11 is just another type of Android (Linux) and will work on the Galaxy S3/S4. It\'s pretty easy to install, just go to http://www.cyanogenmod.org/ and click on the green button.

There\'s a loader you must install in Windows and a few settings to switch on the phone to allow it to install, but otherwise, it\'s pretty painless. Your phones desktop will look a little different and your phone will need to reinstall all your apps (you\'ll start all games over), but it happens automatically and all you contacts are already backed up on the Google servers.

The 25 character code that downloaded on my old computer is loss as i broke

Just take the hard drive out of your old computer and hook it up to another computer via a usb port with a device like this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812232002

Then download and Run the FREE version of Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder from here:
http://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder/

After you extract and run magical jelly bean keyfinder then use the "load hive" option and point it to the windows folder on the old hard drive you have hooked up to the new computer via usb port. It will give you your key from your old drive and you can then write it down or save it off to a text file to do with as you wish later.
