For many older Norelco shavers, such as this model, the power cord simply connects 110 VAC to the shaver. The principle voltage reduction and current limit circuitry for the motor and battery charging are within the shaver. That is why the cord is just a cord, available for under $5 online (<$10 with shipping), without a housing for a transformer or electronics within the cord.
The amperage will likely be very low, e.g. <0.1A, but I do not have access to this model for checking actual requirements.
