Hi, I seem to have a message on the led display on the speaker that reads " Lift Stop", I don't have any picture on the screen, it's just black, no menus comes up on screen either. I have played around with the lift menus via the remote, ie, automatic, manual, lock etc, but nothing seems to be working. I believe that "lift stop" message usually occurs when something has hit one of the sensors however I have checked and there are no obstructions. I really hope someone here can help. Thank you.
Lift error can occur if headphones are plugged in as well. You could also try unplugging and plugging it back in to reset it.

Lift maybe locked. You need to turn on lift settings using remote. Cannot be turned on using TV controls.
