A CD/DVD is stuck in the E: drive. I pressed eject on the monitor and by right clicking on the E: drive found on My Computer.
You will have to manually eject the disc. take a straightened paper clip and find a little hole near the slot where the disc goes in. Insert the paper clip and it should eject the disc. If there is no hole, you may need to access the disc drive by removing the back panel and/or disc drive faceplate.

Woah! You don't want to hear this but forcing a second disc into the drive has probably destroyed the drive read head. They are pretty tough and it might be able to survive but you will most certainly have to dismantle the drive to remove the DVD and not create any more damage. Kind of like scraping someone elses car in a parking lot. More damage is done when you try to back off of the other car than the initial hit. (not like that's ever happened to me :) )
