I have got a compaq presario v6000 laptop and have recently bought
intex 5.1 speaker systen. nut some says that my laptop doesnt supports such big speaker type,
and if i try to do so my sound card will blast up.so plz help me.
and how do i connect it, my laptop has got just one audio out knob whereas the woofer has 6 or 8 input knobs for a 5.1 sound.
and on the mannual its written
plz buy a conversion signal cord if u need to connect to mp3, cd or pc.
so plz help me.thanks

Hi...
This happens due to loose connection , you have to check one by one hardware connected to the computer by unplugging to check what is causing it.
If no go
Take the sound blaster card of the MB and activate the on board sound card.
Also Note : the crackling sound could be because of a loose connection in the other room appliance.
