Ok So ive noticed whenever i touch the gas pedal, theres a quick rumbling/vibration noise that comes from under the hood. It only last about 2 secs and goes away. This problem Only occurs when the A/C is blowing. Also feels a little rough when im idoling in DRIVE or REVERSE with A/C on. When A/C is off my car runs like its brand new, No noises or vibrations. Ive had freon added by pros,, seafoamed eveything, oil change, air filter, new spark plugs, new cabin air filter, Added cleaners to the gas tank, switch to premium gas. Im a novice mechanic on a good day, just cant seem to figure this out. Mechanic said i need some new engine mounts front and to the right front which may help, but how would that affect the A/C rumbling noise issue?
SOURCE: (2000 Hyundai Atos 999cc) can you please solve my car problem.
hi this may sound odd to you but worth looking into ?? from what you have described may i suggest that your problem may be the fuel tank is becoming vacuumed due to possible tank breather being either blocked or kinked ? this will allow car to start ok and run for some distance whilst the engine is using fuel drawn from the tank via fuel pump ok? then as fuel is used it is not being replaced by atmosphere air in tank ? resulting in vacuum so engine is starved of fuel as pump cannot overcome vac and fuel delivery to engine slows ? but when you stop the vac will slowly clear and all is ok till next time ? try this temporary leave tank filler cap loose an road test if no prob's then check the breather pipe normally clipped alongside filler pipe? under wheel arch ? where all rain/mud etc will come into contact? hope this helps ?

sounds like a wheel bearing. typically when you take weight off bad bearing noise goes away. to replace bearing you will need a press to get it off and on
SOURCE: 2003 Hyundai Tiburon making a weird noise
Hello mpolci...The 2003 Tiburon was sold to the public with a defective clutch, it failed due to warpage and bad pressure plate... among other things. There are MANY class action lawsuits. Did you resurface or replace the flywheel when the clutch was replaced? Did you go with an aftermarket clutch kit, or factory? Also the slave cylinder on the 03 was known to have a defective valve.
You can try checking the levels and bleeding the system and if you still have problems, then it could
be a release bearing, a loose clutch pad, or a broken pressure plate spring....If the clutch is still under warranty, i would return it to the installer.
Good luck, i hope this helps...please rate me a fixya.

may be your oil strainer is stock up or your oil pump is damage.i recommend use the f2020 powerlube to minimize the noise.search to www.f2020technology.com
