Thanks for your answer but unfortunatly it don't help me. I only need a view of those springs just before closing this watch (casio 3354 movement).

SOURCE: I am trying to change

I have a similar model.  The electronics sometimes needs to be reset after the battery is changes.  Get a magnifying glass and look closely at the stainless frame around the battery.  There is a small AC mark and a triangle which points toward a small gold contact down in an adjacent hole.  This contact must be shorted momentarily to the + side of the battery to reset the display.  You can bend a metal paper clip to make the connection.  You may have to try several times before it resets. It should reset to 12:00 and start running.

This watch has cotter pins. The end that comes out looks like a screw head but it is not. It is a split pin and the end with the split is the large end and needs to come out first. The arrows tell you which way to take the pins out. Use a small punch and push from the side that has no split. This should also be the same direction the arrows are pointing.

SOURCE: Casio Waveceptor 2734 WVA-105H watch not working

You can use the manual to manually reset the time. After you succeed in setting UK time zone, wait until midgnigth: it should synchronize itself with the time signal from Germany. If unsuccessful to do so, it will keep attempting to synchronize itself at 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

Read the manual to figure out how to place the watch on a window sill. It might be better to be outside.
Keep in mind that the success of the operation depends on meteorological conditions.
Good Luck.

Why does my Wave Ceptor WVA-105H work sporadically after getting wet?

Try a new battery. When water got in there it may have shorted the battery and drained it. It may work for a short time and then die. Also put the watch on you car dashboard in the sun to bake it instead of the oven unless you have an electric oven. For electric oven use a thermometer to get temp of 140 F then turn the oven off and put the watch in for an hour.

Casio PAG 40 I took it apart to replace bateries and a spring came out and I don't know where it goes. The 2 gold ones are in place.

It's probably the small spring which makes electrical contact between the watch aluminum back and the outer housing, presumably to provide an electrical ground connection to the outside triple sensor. I've attached a photo with the location indicated by the yellow circle and arrow. It goes in the little hole and will fall out if you're not careful.11_14_2012_6_41_27_pm.jpg

Found small spring when changing battery

This happened because the COIL SPRING was lost during the battery change. This happens quite often to DIYers, as they do not know how the watch is built and the coil spring itself is very small, so, it's easy to loose it without even noticing it. Coil spring transmits electrical signals/vibrations from watch's movement to the quartz membrane attached inside case back. Now you have to find yours or need to visit your nearest watch repair shop and ask for the new one to be fitted..

The battery does NOT need replaced.
The word "Open" on this watch means that the sensor inside the back of the watch has detected that that the back is open. I ended up having to repair this problem myself after a local watch repair guy told me he didn't want to mess with it. You'll have to get a micro-philips screwdriver and remove a few screws and pop the end caps off to get to your problem.
After you have removed the screws and end caps inside the back there's a small spring that pushes against a copper disk glued to the back of the watch. The problem is that Casio has used a crappy glue to hold this disk in place and it needs to be removed and reglued to the back in it's proper place with super glue. It's a pain in the **** but I have repaired mine by doing this. BTW...I have found a video or another help for this fix on line so I won't go too much into it. Do a Google search and you'll find the step by step process listed elsewhere.

I had the battery in my Casio G Shock DW 6800 replaced. Since then none of the beeps or alarms have worked. Is there a reset button he didn't press?

There is a reset button inside your watch, but I don't think that is the problem. Most likely, there is a spring that makes contact to the watch and the back of your watch case, and it fell out by the person replacing your battery. I would definitely go back to the place where you had the battery installed, and have them take care of the problem buy ordering you a new spring or have them pay for you to send it to Casio.
