It's called a tank, not a pot. $9 CDN. Haven't been able to find in US yet. This is very hard to belive considering they make so many small appliances I think HB is not making parts available intentially to get consuners to buy again. Not sure this is smart.

I found this site that calls it a "permanent dispencing filter" but the small print says that it is the small domed filter that sits on the bottom of the tank so I sounds like the same as the filter screen. FYI, there is a pricing conflict when you click on the part. The part link shows that it's $4.99 but when you select the part or try to order it, it comes up as $5.99. I will probably still call HB tomorrow and see what the want for it before I buy.

Here is the link to the manual - for those with leaks, call Hamilton Beach:

I have the same leaking problem. I just called Hamilton Beach and gave them the model and serial numbers. They are sending me a new "gasket" complimentary but she said if that doesn't work, I'll have to order a whole new coffee tank.

I had the same problem with this same machine. On this model there is a
spring-loaded piece of plastic that operates the pouring of the coffee.
After a few months of regular use, there is a design flaw in this piece
that wears out prematurely, causing the pour to slow down. This is why the stream runs towards the machine and not in your cup.
Eventually
the plastic piece will break at the weak point and will stop pouring
altogether. To make matters worse, HB uses a weird screw that you cannot
turn unless you have the right bit, and, once you do finally get to the
piece, there is no where to order a replacement.
Summary:
Hamilton Beach built an intentional flaw that is difficult/impossible to
repair so you will need to purchase another machine in under a year.
Testimonial: "I have concluded all this answer told me. This is a very inferior machine."
