Question about Nortel Meridian M3903 Phone - CHARCOAL
I was transferring a call and must have hit a wrong button. There's no dial tone now, and calls coming in are going straight to voice mail. It's hooked up right (can use coworker's extension on my phone), but no matter what I press nothing will make it work again!
Unplug the phone from both the line and power adapter. Let it set for at least a couple of minutes. You may have activated call forwarding - all accidentally, if that happened the problem will be in the electronic exchange, not the phone. Find out what the "cancel call forwarding" code is for your system....
