Thats a weird one. The machine is detecting the wrong speeds.
Try this.
Then look at these 3 locations and see if they match, If they do not set them to match the machine speed.

sounds like faulty drum cleaning blade, which is usually contained in the replacement drum module.I would be inclined to take the drum unit back where you got it (unless you replaced it with a second-hand one) 99% certain the problem is contained in that module

three lights are for paper jam, replace toner cartridge and replace dru, cartridge. If there is zigzag line it is paper jam if there are six small dots it is for toner cartridge and if it is one circle it is for copy cartdisge. You can contact me for mfurther support at [email protected]

016-799 is a printer paper conflict error. All you have to do for the AS/400 to print, is to make suree that tray 2 in the printer is set up to do landscape printing. There has to be at least one tray for portrait, and one for landscape in order for the AS/400 to print.

This machine has a battery on the main board. The battery might failed, they will last for about 7 years. When the battery fails then so will the NVM.
Some NVM information can get garbled. This problem may be associated with it.
Some of the values can be checked and changed in diagnostics, most cannot.
If you replace the drum and the machine will not reset, replacing the main board may fix the problem. Make sure the connector on the back of the machine does connect to the copy cartridge.
Sometimes the cartridge you recieve is for a different model. (5322 family)
The socets may not match.
I really do not like to see you spend your money on drums if it does not fix the problem on the machine. Hold on to the drum units until you really find the source of the problem.
Good luck.
