HI. I opened it to clean the cooling fan and fix the left clicker. I used compressed air on the motherboard and after I put it back together. I connected with power charger not the battery, the screen wont turn on completely black and the power button remains on will not switch on/off

Welcome to FixYa! Based on the error you have received, this means that the cooling fan of your laptop needs to be cleaned and checked at. This is a common problem with any toshiba laptop. I suggest checking the heatsink of your laptop. If the CPU heatsink is not clogged with dust and lint completely, you can use canned air and just blow it inside the laptop through the openings on the bottom and on the sides. It's nice as a precaution measure, but it might not work if your laptop already has a problem and the heatsink is completely clogged.
