the problem is with the display...the board inside mite have a small bent or disconnection. its better to show it to a mobile expert in such cases.Just because its SONY it is very delicate.. things might get worst if we keep our hands on it..

If its still have the warante then let the service center solve it. If it is not anymore, i have follow up question. is ur cellphone still on.like any signal that it is still working, example put charger and light, or turn on and light but nothing you can see. if that's the case try to use xs++ to detect ur phone, but u have to install first USB Flash Driver: heres the link... http://www.akshayy.com/sonyericsson/tutorials/installing-usb-flash-drivers/and the link for xs++... http://www.akshayy.com/sonyericsson/tutorials/installing-usb-flash-drivers/ if xs++ detect ur phone. u must re install the firmware.. do it with ur own risk.. i've done this many times with my 2 w610i, but i am not reliable for ur failure..u must read this tutorial how to reflash firmware.http://www.thinkdigit.com/forum/showthread.php?t=67161sorry if some link broken just search to google. its been a year ago i've done this. the k550-w610i tutorial is the same as w610i-w610i reflashing firmware.credit to the people who made the guide..again do it with your own risk.

As the screen may be defective as its fallen and if its within warranty you can get it done by the phone company or you get it done in local mobile service center...
when i start my cell then screen is sowing white but only logo of sony ericsson is sowing that time and screen geting on off. so what i have to do.
