I finished building a new computer, only to find that it would not come alive. It refuses to go into Post. If i hold down the reset button while i applied power it runs but still refuses to go into bios. Then i discovered that if i disconnect the power (4 pin plug near the back plate, which i think is 12v power rail) it runs , but it still won't go into post-- nothing on the Monitor. Please HELP !!!

Check your ram/cmos battery/HDD/cddrive if problem not solved direct disconnect cpu power connector when system ON then reconnect when system ON
if your problem not sloved check your power supply voltage as a given below by color
1 - Yellow = +12V 2 - Blue = -12V 3 - Red = +5V
4 - White = -12V 5 - Orange = +3.3V 6 - Black = GND
7 - Gray = PG +5V 8 - Violet = SB +5V
9 - Green = PS ON +5V
you can see that SMPS work or not by Green & Black wire shorting if fan is start means it ok if not means it not ok

I have an iPad. When wanting to comment it won't allow me to type. Also when I hit arrow Fromm a post to play the subject it won't do anything.

Try resetting the machine via general settings.only choose basic reset so you don't lose all all you files etc.if this is not possible.try to get hold of Bluetooth keyboard to do this or use a smartphone with remote app to override the screen lockout.lastly if all above fails do a hard reset by holding down the power ...home and volume up button for 10 seconds.(it may be vol down on some machines)you may need to try this more than once.if it still refuses to play ball you may have a faulty digitizer which is easily replaced.if this comment has been of help please vote..thankyou.

Canon MX328 error display 5b00

Good Day Atzkie!

The error 5B00 in Canon MX328 is a waste ink tank full. The printer detected the number of times that the cartridge has been refilled and counted the volume of the waste ink that flows out from the cartridge to the absorber pads.

You can clear the error on the printer using a MP reset tool. This tool will reset the counter for the waste ink tank.

First of all you will need to download this MP328 tool and run it on your system.
To download, go to http://www.ziddu.com/download/15321203/MP328.exe.html.
Click the download button, then, enter the verification code before hitting another download button.
Click the save button to start downloading.

This is the procedure:

Connect first your printer directly to your computer via usb cable.
1. Make sure the printer is recognized by your computer.
2. Make sure that printer is set as default printer.

Set your printer in to Service Mode
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Press and hold down STOP/RESET button (red circle with inverted triangle)
3. While holding down STOP/RESET button, press and hold down ON button (power on button)
4. Release the STOP/RESET button while holding still the ON button.
5. While holding down ON button, press twice the STOP/RESET button
6. Release the ON button.
(On LCD control panel it will display Service Mode. Wait for a few seconds to display "IDLE" - that is the time when printer is set to Service Mode)

After setting the printer into service mode, run the MP328 tool.

Run MP328 Tool
1. From your download folder. Double click the MP328.exe to display the Service Tool window.
2. Once Service Tool window appear, press the MAIN button.
bongkito_5.jpg
(It will take sometime to finish the transaction. You will see that the "IDLE" message disappear during the process. You will hear sounds from a series of movement inside the printer. Once finished, it will display "A function was finished") Click the button

3. Press the EEPROM Clear button
bongkito_6.jpg

3. Lastly, press the EEPROM button

(It will take only a few seconds to finished the process)

After the procedure has finished, close the service tool window and restart your printer.
On your printer, it will ask you to set the language and country for final setup.

That's it Atzkie, that will fix your 5B00 problem.

I Forgot my ipod password and i dont have my computer that i sycn my music from any more so what can i do.

1. Turn on your iPod (in my case it would only get as far as displaying the Apple logo
2. Hold the power and home buttons down (the iPod will power off after 10 seconds, but keep holding those buttons down)
3. After the iPod powers off, release the power button (but keep holding the home button down)
4. After a couple more seconds, you should hear that magical “ding dong” that means the iPod is coming back alive, and that Windows has detected it. You may even see a little “New hardware” popup in Windows. It is now safe to release the home button, and your iPod is in DFU mode.
5. Now iTunes will see it as a DFU’ed iPod and should ask you to automatically restore its firmware.
6. iTunes has to download the new firmware, and it takes a while, so go make a sandwich.
