try to unplug the unit for a few minutes.then try and adjust you temp again if you you to high with the temp you will shut it off

If you have a digital readout then set it for 0F...if you do not have the temperature read out then place a thermometer inside and adjust the thermostat till you get to the 0F mark..

you know where you adjust the temperature of your fridge. its a knob with a line that increase in thickness. or it may have numbers written on it. before you replace it. try adjusting that knob to set it to a higher temp. please if your taking the covers off the replace thermostat,, please turn the power off first.

YOU WILL most likely need a new thermostat for the unit. What evere tripped the breaker apparently welded the contacts on the thermostat. take the model number and the serial number and the thermostat you have here's the part and the model number for you 21 # 216788100 Control-temperature please be sure to rate this soilution after your done. If it started to cool again the compressor was running. Check the condenser and make sure it is clean. Provide as much air movement through the garage as possible . 100 degrees is a high temperature to be operating a refrigerator in.
