Hi, I have a Saeco Odea GIRO and in the past few days it has ben brewing out less and less espresso than it usually did. Right now the coffee actually does not come out from the spout at all and it gets dispensed into the water tray on the side, usually making a mess all underneath the machine. I took out the brew group (I believe Thats What Its Called) and tried to clean it under the water and it still didnt work. I let the brew group soak in warm water for an hour or so and still no luck. The coffee just wont come out of the two little spouts. I also cleaned out the 2 holes of the spout and tried to **** the line free of any coffee or dirt a.d still no luck. This is the second time this happened. The first time I sent the machine back to Saeco and they sent it back fixed saying that it was clogged, but when they sent it back to me the tray broke, so they kindly sent me a new machine. Now the new machine has the same problem afetr 1 descling and 4 months of 1 to 3 cup a day use. What do I do to unclog it?Thanks!
This has happened to our machine that we use for our youth group. We sent it in and they said it was clogged also. Not having a clue what they meant. It happened again and I figured it out. When you remove the brew group there is a hole just above it that dispenses into the brew group. Make sure it is not clogged. Give it a try Good Luck

Hi,
you have to take it to a Saeco service center to replace a gasket in the steam valve.

My dad poured brewed coffee back through the brewer, less then half the water comes through at a time now. How can I unclog it?
