I have a laptop. Recently a error message came up windows not genuine 7601. I tried to reinstall my windows and the product key does not work. Can I get a new product key? Or what do I do? Thanks Jill
I emailed windows they said go to directly to hp. as stated we are getting an error message windows not genuine 7601. when we try to put in the product key that came with the laptop it says not valid. I'm trying to get a new product key code so windows will work right.
