C300 capresso says fill system but system is full

sensor is broken or damaged. look for it, or ask a professional repair office.

Just a guess here but if you are not using soft water you may have a hard water scale coating on the sensor. The sensor is preventing the heating element from powering up because it thinks there is no water. Try filling the machine with vinegar for several hours (no more than overnight) This will dissolve hard water deposits and hopefully clear the sensor. (the sensor should be a simple continuity contact. If you can look inside and see a metal button and it is fouled clean it off.)

Sometimes certain beans do not move freely throughout the grinder. Oily beans, which is not necessarily a bad thing, do not fall into the grinder easily and tend to stick. It is necessary to sometimes to just poke or stir the beans around with your finger to make sure they fall into the grinder. For a safety measure do this while your machine is turned off.

Run a decalcify cycle, your system sounds clogged

Empty the Water tank and fill it with warm water. Then keep trying for some time and the problem will get solved.

Then it is a problem with the flowmeter. This needs to be changed, please contact your local dealer.

System fill is usually when the machine auto solenoid fill valve is putting water into the boiler. If it is making noise then the solenoid is clogged or there is no water getting to the solenoid.

Fill your water tank with Warm Water and then try a few times. Keep Patient and Keep trying for some times and it will work.

I poured vinegar in the reservoir and it dislodged the float. I then was able to fill the system by pushing the steam button. THen I ran the vinegar through the system. Saved me $220. Yippie!
