turn printer off.
remove the toner cartridge and shake it a bit side-to-side.
re-install the cartridge.
turn printer on, see if the document comes out, it should still be in the printer's buffer.
Samsung uses a chip that senses when the cartridge has ended its service life, the chip is located in the cartridge itself, refilling toner won't help, replace the cartridge with a new one. hope this helps ;-)
This printer needs a chip on the side of the cartridge. Unfortunately
the starter cartridge doesn't have a cip nor a place for it. You need to
buy a new cartridge and change the cip when you refill it!
