You might have problems with the battery.try to watch if the batetery is standing good or is cxorectly putted in the device or your charger might have some problems on electonical part.Or the wire from your charger or entrerupt on a part and dosn't charge only when you put hem in a position.

Does the lights indicators light on when charging battery my ion block rocker bluetooth portable sound system being off

that is the most confusing piece of written English I have seen for a long time :>D

If you mean 'does a light stay on when I am charging'? The answer is yes. Here is your manual answer.

Charging Indicator: With the battery charging indicator, when the power cable is connected, movement of the top battery segment shows the battery is charging. When fully charged, all battery segments will be lit without blinking. When the power cable is disconnected, the battery segment shows the level of the battery.

Red blinking light

Hi, Ephraim. The flashing red light indicates that the device is showing "low battery". It could be that the LG phone charger fits the charging port on your bluetooth headset but it is not compatible with your device. In order for you to know that it is charging, the device should show a steady red light(means charging).
Please take a look at the table reference below.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
•With the Charger Plugged In
______________________________________________________________________
•Headset Indicator Headset Status
Red-----------------------------------------------Charging (battery level less than 50% charge)
Yellow-------------------------------------------Charging (battery level more than 50% charge)
Green--------------------------------------------Charging complete

Headset Indicator Headset Status
______________________________________________________________________

Three blue flashes------------------------Powering on/off
Steady blue --------------------------------Pairing/connect mode
Rapid blue/purple flashes -------------Connection successful
Quick blue flash --------------------------Incoming/outgoing call
Slow blue pulse --------------------------Connected (on a call)
Slow blue flash ---------------------------Standby (not on a call)
Slow red flash ----------------------------Idle (not connected to phone)
Slow purple pulse -----------------------Connected call muted
Steady red ---------------------------------Attempting to connect
Quick red flash ----------------------------Low battery

Note: After 20 minutes on a call or of inactivity, the light stops flashing to conserve power, but the headset remains on

Hope that'll help you in some way.

Shop rider sovereign voltage indication. Brand new fully charged

hi Richard,

Does the scooter actually lose power after the 3 leds show ?

If it is losing power then a suggest to try some other batteries to confirm dodgy batteries, check the terminal connections etc.

If it does not lose power then the volt meter is at fault, if you can check the voltage before riding then after it shows only 3 leds , if there is a big drop, check the charger first to make sure the batteries are getting fully charged.

GeWiz.,

Battery will not charge on a dell d610 when plugged into outlet

I have seen this with faulty batteries.
Try changing the battery.
Also, check in the BIOS that the adapter you are using is recognised and shows a state of charging with the battery in.

N 72 network prablem

Could be an intermittent provider issue, not sure. You could be selecting somebody else's tower that your provider has banned.

I tend to blame phone's antenna or an amplifier (if it has such). I have had exactly same happened to me two weeks ago with AT&T - "no access" on manual mode, unstable, weak, come-and-go connection. What I did was:
1. removed battery and SIM from the phone and kept it this way for maybe four hours
2. put those back in, did NOT turn the phone on.
3. completely charged the battery, i.e. once indicator says "battery is charged" I would unplug and plug back the AC cord - it will begin another incremental re-charge, at I would keep doing it for at least another hour.
4. turned the phone on - strong connection.
You wanna try this?

Nokia N70 will not turn on

Actually when you want to switch on your phone, but it's not turned on,but when you charge the phone, the battery indicator goes up, it just mean one thing : YOUR ON-OFF SWITCH is broken!!

so how to replace this on off button? well, if you can, open the casing of your phone. you'll see the real on-off switch below the usual on-off button we have on the casing. press it. Good luck ^^

Btw if you have no luck pressing the real on-off switch, replace it, bring it to technician. It shouldn't cost you more than 10usd if you told them to problem (if you didn't tell them, they'll say, oh your IC got broken, oh your phone will cost much on the fixing, oh this oh that, they'll **** your money..). Just said, hey, my on-off switch got broken, please fix it.

You can get my head cut-off if I' wrong.. haha, I'm pretty sure that's the problem.. well there's a little case of broken circuit that might cost you much more, but shouldn't be more than 20usd too ^^ Good luck
