Hi Arthur, unfortunately you can't as the wired headset acts as an antenna!

Since the FM radio uses the provided wired stereo headset as its antenna, before opening the application, connect the headset to your phone's the audio jack.
9.3.1 Opening the FM Radio
1. On the Home screen, touch

To listen to the FM radio
1. In Menu mode, select FM radio.
2. Select to start the FM radio.
3. Select Yes to start automatic tuning.
The radio scans and saves available stations

for the FM radio to work you need to have the earpiece (full signal) plug in

CECT phones are always unlocked. However, your particular CECT phone may use different frequncies than what your cell carrier uses.
Think of if this way, your CECT phone works like a FM radio. Your phone might use 800mhz for making phone calls, and 2100Mhz for surfing the internet. But your carrier (T-Mobile, Orange, AT&T, etc) might using 800Mhz for phone calls and 1900Mhz for surfing the internet. If this is the case, you will not be able to use that phone on that carrier for data. Sorry.

first of all connect the headset provided with ur fone because it wid be the antenna for the radio reception. select the radio icon and open it.the 3rd and 4th button on the radio screen is for AUTO TUNING of the frquencies.. otherwise u can also select options and select the option which says "MANUAL TUNING" u can save these stations as per ur choice and do NOTE dat ONLY FM FREQUENCY WUD WORK.
