The fan could be partially faulty and cannot spin fast enough.
You can also purchase a fan assisted cooling pad and place the laptop on this cooling pad.

How to change thermostat on AUDI 1.9 TDI

Heed of antifreeze solution temperature!!!
You must check the thermostat operating. The thermostat location is on back of alternator at the bottom side of the bracket. IMPORTANT: It is NOT necessary to replace the alternator if you want to change the thermostat !!!
Thermostat checking:
1. Cold engine. Start up the engine and watch of the water temp indicator. After first value 60 Celsius Degree you still warm up the engine until the lifter (pointer) reach 80 C deg. (second mark after 60 C deg.). At this time you let engine running at idle speed and check with your hand the thermostat plastic housing and hose temperature in bottom left side of the engine. Heed of alternator driving belt and ventilator fan !!!
2. If the thermostat is good the hose must be cold until the water temp indicator reach almost 90 C deg.
3. The thermostat opening temperature is 87 C deg.
4. If the hose is already warm the thermostat is out of order.
5. If the thermostat and the temp sender are OK the last piece out of order will be the instrument cluster.

Rheem split system condenser high pressure limit/safety needs resetting frequently before it reaches the set temp of 76 degrees faren. what's wrong and what do i need to check?

Is the outdoor fan running? The fan cools the coils and compressor, therefore keeping the high pressure low enough to run. Either the fan is not working or its not spinning fast enough. Check the capacitor, or just replace it.

Intel core 2 quad q8300 EXTREME TEMPS

First off....alwys, always apply a very thin film of thermal grease to the cooler and Proc. This grease is designed to fill in the microscopic grooves and holes in the material. Do not glob it on thick, it doesn't work that way.
Case design has something to do with cooling but you are experiencing higher than normal stock temps, the more fans the better, you want some pushing air in the front and pulling it out the back, a good flow across all the hardware is essential. Installing a good processor cooler may require you to remove the motherboard so you can get to the back of the board to mount the cooler retainer plate, but there are other coolers that do not require this. If it were up to me, I would deffinately take the time and remove the motherboard and do this right. You need to get those temps down. I personally like this one....

Not too expensive and does a great job for the LGA775 socket.

For cases...I always use HAF932s...they have everything that is needed and are tool less.

Car coolant temperature gauge

Hi if you look at temp gauge it is usually about 3/4 of the way up to the top any higher and this usually means thermostat gone or head gasket gone temp between 50 80 degrees depending on outside temp and how you drive diesel cars run a bit higher due to the amount of extra compression the pistons need to make the diesel flamable if you need further help let me know ok.
Also alot of newer cars run at temperatures lower than what i just said usually below half way but anyhing upto 3/4 of the way up is fine if it reaches the top this means engine problems or rad fan not working or thermostat not opening allowing the coolant to be pumped round engine properly as the thermostat opens when the water reaches a certain temp
