Konica Minolta c451: The Display states that Tray 1 is not available at this time, all the other trays and the bypass tray work find. I have removed all the paper and tried to see if they system would recognize the empty tray it does not. In our maint. log it says they have reset the tray in the past, anyone have any idea on how to do so?
Look behind the tray for paper....
if not do the folowning
power machine off from main switch sould be on the side or open the front door it;s on bottom left side.hold down the utility botton while powering on keep holdin untel prompted with message ...TROUBLE RESET press it should say ok than powr machine off wait 20sec power back on
